Semi-Permanent Makeup refers to the latest makeup technique developed to remedy shortcomings of conventional permanent cosmetic tattoo. While permanent tattoo injects pigment deep inside the dermal layer of the skin, semi-permanent makeup continues its makeup effect for 2-3 years by injecting pigment only to the shallow epithelial layer of the skin. Unlike permanent tattoo that is discolored to blue, semi-permanent makeup expresses natural color by using natural pigments, and has the advantages of looking as if real makeup is used with less discoloration and without any allergic reaction.
